Just ordered mine also. Had a chat rep say the $36 fee would be waived. I am a SERO-P and have been a customer for 10+ years.

I'm kind of wondering the same thing. Samsung said the rumors of a SIV out next year were not true, I'm thinking I might as well bite now and use my 2 year upgrade.

Just got back from sprint store. Had reserved S3 for tomorrow to pickup, but they let me get it today.

This deal still works if you call 866-866-7509. Paid $49.99+tax & no activation fee. Make up a reason that you could not log into your account last Thursday or Friday. On back order, should receive the phone in two weeks.
