A lot of these problems are because the 3D players firmware is not up to date. I just found out that my Samsung 3D blu-ray player was connected to the internet and suppose to update with the latest firmware and it was not updating. I called tech support and had to go through a lot to get the 3D player to have the most current firmware. The tech had me download the firmware software unzipped on a flashdrive to manually update the player. I knew something was wrong when the PS3 played my movie ok and the Samsung 3D player did not work correctly. Problem is not too many people have a 2nd player to verify if the problem is the disc or the player. I had issues with Disney Secret of the wings and by updating the firmware that resolved the issue of the 3D disc problems. I think a lot of people do not know and they are returning their discs claiming it does not work so the companies are dropping the prices thinking everyone just got a bad batch of disc......if that is the case that would be great for other people who know about the firmware updates. We can get good prices on the movies. I also had a problem with Madagascar 3D and the firmware update fixed it as well. HTH and be sure to call tech support to inquire if you 3D player has the most up to date firmware.
