Galaxy has less issues than the Nexus.
The Galaxy has the expandable SD memory slot, cameras, and it's better sound. The CPU may be a little slower but not too much compared to the Nexus. |

Exactly. I don't think it is too hard to choose if you are willing to spend a bit more. The Nexus 7 is the better device by far given the specs and the direct support from Google. |

So let me get this right. No universal tv remote on Nexus 7? I would also like to know if the gps functions fine on both? Think would use the universal tv remote and gps more than anything..comments.

FYI: In the Galaxy tab 7" the camera will not "Auto focus " especially when you try to scan upc barcodes. And also if you hold the left lower corner, as any right handed person would do, it will drastically drop the WiFi signal. So, get used to holding it upside down for most of the time. Otherwise a good tabby.
