Just a little extra tid bit of info on EVGA boards. The bios support for CPU's is terrible. Only consider this board if the CPU you are using is in the compatible CPU list:
CPU LIST [evga.com]
They offer zero support if the cpu you have is not on the list. Even if it is there are many reported issues with some of their boards. But then again, you might get lucky

Sandy Bridge compatible only!
Would anybody know whether the Asus P8Z77-V is better than this card. I just bought one tonight from Micro Center open box for $120 after tax.  Retail price is about $190.I'm not sure what the advantages of the EVGA Z68 FTW that make it worth a $250 price tag. |

The $50 Rebate Form on EVGA.com says: "Only valid on purchases made at: evga.com" That obviously excludes Newegg purchases, so the price will be $59.99 AR, not $34.99 at 9 AM PST. Repped for trying to find a good deal though. It would definitely be slick at $34.99 AR. |

Decent I suppose, but the EVGA 130-SB-E685-KR is already $50 and only lacks a couple features, which you may or may not need. Another important note is there are no PCI slots on these only PCI Express, so that could be a consideration if you already own a lot of PCI cards.
