No, Amazon gives you pre-paid postage that you just attach to the package. So basically you just have to provide something to send it in (box, envelope, etc.). It's really easy and they post the credit to your account pretty quickly!

Looks like everyone I know is getting Dinner for Schmucks this Christmas.

How much time do they give you for trading in the dvd because it says estimate shipment arrival for the dvd is Nov 27th for me even though amazon prime?

Just wondering if there is a Trade-in deadline.

It says process will take 1-2 days to process. Benjamin Button says 21st for me so if Prime goes through I'll get the movie on the 23rd.

They usually give you a week to submit the items but since it's Sunday they'll bypass the restriction until the next day.

i was just about to post on this subject. Dont be jumping in on this for the trade purpose. amazon is not stupid. there is no deadline for trade-in, but just like amazon sale prices on new products, trade in prices change frequently, sometimes 3-4 times per day on popular products. That's right - per day. Just because you are seeing a $4.35 trade in value right now, does not mean it will stay the same. Just think about this - you and many others are trying to do the same. Everyone's delivery date will be different. As soon as first few who got early delivery enter their trades, price will go down, because quantity "on hand" will go up for Amazon.

merchant pricing is what i do for a living, but there really is no rocket science here. This happens all the time.

I guess I ordered a little bit too late. My estimate arrival is Nov. 27th. I guess I won't make it for Trade-in.

Yeah - If you have prime, you'll have no issues. It tells you when you have to ship it by during the selling 'checkout' process.

I do have prime but don't know why my shipment is so delayed.

it's delayed because benjamin button isn't in stock until the 21st. if you look at your order, they don't charge until they ship (i can see that they are about to charge me for schmucks already but not button)
