Nintendo Wii U 8gb Basic or 32gb Deluxe Consoles $300/$349 with FS/Store Pick-up

prices have never gone up on a console after release. i remember this exact same discussion during the xbox 360 release and everyone (my roomates) that held on to it for the "christmas shortage" ended up with lower prices

now they still made money because there obviously was going to be a shortage but it was not the prices that were seen at launch. prices were 3x-5x+ at launch, and by christmas most people were just selling for $100 over

this christmasi wouldnt be surprised if the secondhand/reseller mark up on the wii u dipped down to $75

Bought up a couple of Wii U Deluxes that I stumbled upon when buying turkey related items at a target. I sold them for cash at $450-460.

The prices are certainly coming down -- I'm not sure if the poster b4 meant the prices on ebay would show only a $75 markup -- I think for for the most part that's about as low as it'll get. Most of these sellers would likely be better taking the item back for a return than sell it for a smaller mark up.

i ordered when op posted deal on 11/18 sunday...mine is still at store email said 8 days before they cancel and refund..anyone know if thats including sunday? whens the last day i can pick up..im on vaca right now and wont be back until mon 11/26

also are these still profitable for reselling whats the consensus? have we reached one yet

Does anyone know what the return policy is on these? According to their website it falls in the "holiday return policy" which is 2 weeks after dec. 26th. I just wanted to make sure that is correct if these dont sell. TIA

On 11/27 I got the same email as twisteduptrix. I just called today and was able to have an order placed for 2 Deluxes with free shipping. So my original ship-to-store order that was cancelled morphed into a good order with free home delivery.

I asked my sales rep about this and she said it was standard 30-day with receipt. .:shrugs:.
