Too bad most of the upper end TVs with great pic quality get bloated with this smart TV crap. I know some of us on SD use our own HTPCs and stuff.

Frys had a 47 LG 120hz 3D for $498 a week ago...LM6200...with 6 pairs of glasses..1 year of free Netflix and some even got the free Black Ops as well



Granted the Samsung has a better picture...but 7 more inches matters.....

I was gonna bite till people started saying that this isn't that great of a deal..
All the talk of the Fry's deals killed it for me despite the fact that I haven't a fry's within 300 miles of me.

I picked one up last week, Its a pretty nice TV. clean picture and sound. I really like the USB slot on the TV, I can play movies or music from there. Not a Smart TV but i'm wasn't looking that feature (didn't really want Netflix). It plays PS3 games well. Tried Uncharted 3 with 3D on and it looked amazing. It was holding for the LG 47LM6200 for 499 but didn't see it. If i can get the LG on Black Friday or something. maybe i'll return this but its a very capable TV for under 500.

tempting but something inside me (gut feeling maybe) says i should go with a plasma.
i have an older samsung 40 inch lcd before 3d even was out and it's a decent tv but i always wished i bought a plasma upon viewing them in the store (the plasmas were too expensive for me at the time).

looks like a good deal though.
