Actually, the Lowes blue one IS steam as well. I looked through the manual for the Lowes washer, which is the same manual for this washer. They look pretty much identical except the button layout is slightly different for one or two functions. I may have overlooked something though. I wonder why Samsung did this, it just makes comparing their washers that much more confusing.

I actually looked at these extensively. The blue @ lowes which is a model lower wf363 does not offer steam the white is the wf365 they do offer the steam functions, they do make the 365 in blue but they are too new and have not yet been released from what I read.

The blue one at lowes IS the WF363, and it does have steam. The WF361 doesn't have steam, and I don't believe that one comes in Blue... nor does the 365 come in blue... at least that is according to Samsung's website.

All three machines, 361, 363, and 365 share the same user manual. The manual clearly shows the 363 and 365 both have STEAM buttons on the control panel, which the 361 doesn't. The layout of the controls for the 363 and 365 look a little different, but everything else suggests they are pretty much identical machines, I'm not sure why Samsung has different control panels for each though.

What about installation? Are they (Best buy) going to install as well with free delivery?

Well when i went into the store and looked at the wf363 blue dryer they did not offer steam, the website also states it does not come with steam, the 365 also offered additional features;

Best buy wanted to charge us for the washer and dryer installation kits(hoses, ducts etc), and we declined because we have them already,but they did say they will come in and install them for free.

I have the Samsung 350 models and love them. The VRT does a good job but then they're on the ground floor of our house. When a load becomes off balanced, it takes a few seconds for the washer to adjust but once it does, the vibrations drop way down. They don't go away completely but it's no longer a problem, you don't have to do anything to re-balance the load.

I've had the 350 model for over two years now and didn't think the steam feature helped much on the dryer, only used it once and instead of getting the wrinkles out, it just made the clothes damp.

If I leave a load of clothes in the dryer too long, then I just tumble them again for about 10 minutes and they come out fine. If there's something in the load that is really wrinkle prone then I throw in a damp washcloth with the load when running it for those ten minutes.

However I do love the steam feature on the washer and use it any time the bath towels are musty, which works really well.

To get discover 10% cash back you need to log in to your discover account and then go to sears.com and place on line order. But if you want to use some other coupon then I don't understand how cash back will work? This cash back don't work if you place order in store. Ay one has information how to get 10% cash back and use mover's coupon etc.?

I bought the washer from Best Buy and the Gas version of the dryer from Sears. You guys may want to check with your area, but some areas may provide up to $500 dollar rebate on the purchase of a gas dryer + installation. Could be a slick deal! Sears had free delivery on the gas dryer, but added in 69 dollars for the washer. I went ahead and purchased the gas dryer from sears with free delivery using a $50 coupon code provided in the movers coupon provided at local post office. I bought the washer from BestBuy and no delivery fee. All that with 5% cash back on Freedom card.
