Come on Amazon, $400 and I'll probably bite. Looked at one today, and I really liked it. The pen is possibly the first stylus I've ever used that actually works like one would expect a pen to. Maybe the stylus never took off is because no one but Wacom has put the effort into developing it fully.

Go ahead and buy an ipad. Apple is nice and I love them but I admit that the note 10.1 is probably the best tablet on the market right now. with 2gb of ram too.

I don't understand the TD. This is a pretty solid deal on a tablet that hasn't been on sale really at all minus a price mistake

Agree with this. Except I'm waiting on the $450 mark for the 32GB and crossing my fingers it happens for BF or CM. At least Samsung is running their promo on the tablet through 12/1 so Amazon will probably keep it's current pricing through that time frame.

Something worth keeping in mind is Samsung already has Windows 8 based tablets out with this technology as well, so if performance and versatility (with regards to productivity) is more important to some of you, the Samsung Ativ 500t and 700t might be the place to look. Other than the Surface Pro, these are the only two Windows ones I know of that will have the Wacom technology, not that I've looked very hard.

Bring on the sales for the 32GB note!

Actually Wacom is the fatal flaw. Wacom tablets have registration problems along the eges. The GNote shares these problems. It's just inherent in Wacom technology. If you try to draw a straight line on the GNote say using a ruler, it will not be straight when you get close to the edges. It will be bent. A NTrig stylus works much better.

Hmmm.. hadn't heard that. But I could definitely see it being a problem for people doing precise kinds of graphics. I'm most concerned with handwriting though and this website [typepad.com] favors the Wacom for that. Thanks for the heads up though, now I won't be surprised if I see that behavior at some point.
