 Question about Candidia no OT Ive been put on very short term medication in the past but for feminine problem...i never realized it could spread and cause other symptoms... I am looking for other's experiences with this not often talked about infection. Thank you for your sharing...if you would like pm's are fine! Go to the store and get one or all of the following:
1. Milk fortified with acidophilus which is good bacteria. 2. Yogurt that is plain, unsweetened/low in sugar, with live active cultures. 3. A box of those Pearls pills that you can take which do basically the same thing. Yeast loves sugar so avoid it. Please ingest the food and do not put it on your privates. The milk is the cheapest option and works fairly fast. HTH!
