Just got some time to post a simple THANK-YOU note here. The deal of the same product at $59.99 last week was posted by the same dude - yuugotserved. I was able to grab last week deal and do a price-match. In addition I placed another order for an extra kit at midnight. $80 + tax for Ripjaws X 32GB 1866MHz 1.5V sounds a steal. Except BF, CM and XMAS, I guess we probably won't be able to see this price tag in a fairly long future.

this is a stupid question BUT how do i know which motherboards that are compatible with this ram. I assume its the boards that have the 1866 showing up in the description but sometimes the 1866 shows up with an asterix or a (OC). Just want to make sure i do the right thing. THANKS

I purchased 2 sets of this ram the first time it was $20 off with "IRON EGG Guarantee".

Since it went down another $20 per set I figured I would test the guarantee.

All I was refunded was $20 not $40 like I was entitled.

But hey I'm $20 ahead & I didn't even expect that.

This is how it went.

You gotta be TOUGH but polite when doing a price match. At least your tone sounds soft to me. Ask for a supervisor to come to solve this price match issue. Seriously, nobody wants a supervisor to come over a small case where he can solve it alone.

Thanks and repped. I had the same issue as the poster above with 32GB of this. I had emailed twice and chatted once and gotten nowhere. Did one more chat, he wasn't going to budge, but as soon as I asked for his supervisor he offered me $20 off my next order. Close enough for me.

I still don't see how Newegg can call a quantity of 2 of the same item as only 1 item. Next time they have a coupon code good for one item, it better apply to as many as I put in my cart of the same product LOL

Congrats. So lessons learnt: if multiple units are needed, split them in different accounts when such a vague price guarantee policy is applied (or always no matter what). This doesn't violate the rules, say, your dad/mom/bro/sis/wife/ect wants to give you another kit as a gift so you can have a nice 32GB system built.

Damn, I have 16gigs (4 x 4gb sticks) but wanted the 8gig sticks for my rig for the longest time and this was the best price ever.
