Few Questions:

What if I'm already a TV Guide subscriber? Can I add this on to my subscription somehow? I previously subscribed to tv guide through the tv guide website and I think my sub is through July or August 2013.

Also do I need to own a kindle to jump on this deal?

Thanks,

-Guru
If you click on the link to this Amazon deal, you will see a little below the main offer a link telling you that you can add this as a renewal, that all you do is make sure you sign up for it with the exact name and address that is on your current subscription. I didn't know if that meant they would send me a form or link to set up the subscription later, or if my Amazon mailing addy for the order was the one that had to match the subscription addy. So I just made sure the order mailing address matched my current tv guide subscription (which is in my husband's name at our home address, so I set his name on the order mailing address). So just order it like normal, and I'd go ahead and make sure the mailing name and addy on the order are the same as what's on your tv guide.

You don't need a Kindle. In fact, I just found out that a bit of blather I've gone through to try and get this changed to my husband's account because he has the Kindle was pointless, as it doesn't work on a regular Kindle, anyway.

Thanks. Our local newspaper recently stopped putting the TV listings in the paper. This will come in handy.

Ah, excellent! TV guide. My Reader's Digests won't be lonely anymore. I did get turned off with all those Jimmy Carter re-election ads. Wait...it's 2012 and TV Guide still exists? Embarrassment

Both statuses say "pending" so looking like I can't cancel yet? The digital was already sent to my Kindle.

Just give it a day or two to process...no worries, you'll be able to cancel it.

Crap. First Readers Digest and now TV Guide. I'm turning into my Grandfather. Now all I need is the open robe and the lawn chair.

Def a repost from an earlier thread today.

Definitely not....

there was no mention of TV Guide either in the title or the body of that OP. Link went to the 'general sale" and it was easy to miss this.

My op is SPECIFIC to TV GUIDE and link is ONLY for TV GUIDE.

so sorry charlie, NO REPOST!
