Just received my order today, this is for 1 pack not 12, I called customer service who refunded my original total of $4.19 and allowed me to keep the napkins for free :-).
Based on shipping weight people are seeing, looks like it is ONE pack and not 12 packs.
From Amazon, the shipping weight for 12 packs is 13 pounds. Amazon has this for $40.
So far, some people said for multiple orders, the combine shipping weight is way less than 13 pounds even though they have multiple orders in the same shipping package.

To clarify - this is (seemingly) for: One case of napkins (consisting of 12 packs of 200 napkins each) = 2400 napkins for $3.99. Nice!

No, but really, chances are everyone's going to get 1 pack of napkins. In for a return! Staples doesn't exactly have a sterling reputation of honoring their price mistakes |
