oh, I suddenly recall that a truck with some moving logo on it stopped at my door and someone knocked at the door the very next day after I chatted with the staples agent. Maybe that guy came to pick up the napkin ( 2 packs) I didn't answer the door , because I was busy with the baby at the moment. LOL. Good luck for those who get refunded.

Just an FYI for everyone... I checked and never had a refund applied even though they said they would process it when I initially chatted with them. I sent an email this morning and they apologized and would do it right away.
