I did that, filled out the form that opened, and presto... confirmed that the face value of my code ($25) will be sent to me in 4-6 weeks.

Did you sign up for the new account before putting the item in your cart? The $5 off isn't working for me, it says its expired...

The $5 off came from someone sending me a referal and I opened the account through that. If you have someone send you a referal, it should work for you.
