Just went by my local Costco in Bellingham and bought the last of these, so YMMV on availability. Limit 4 per transaction - I picked up 8 in 2 separate transactions. I believe they were on sale before for $8 a piece after instant rebate, now they're 15.99 -10.00 instant rebate for 5.99 a piece. Love the light from these. They're "omni directional" too. No coupons required.

60W Equivalent Dimmable LED Bulbs for $5.89 - Costco B&M
Just about fell over when I saw these at my local Costco today (Cal Expo - Sacramento, CA) for $5.89 (sign reads $15.89 with $10 instant manufacture rebate). LED are still very expensive to purchase but this is a ridiculous price and there is no limit. Product code is 645592 and description reads "Feitomni A19". See pictures for more info. People were grabbing these by the boxes including me. These will go fast... Happy holidays.
Edit: Something to consider is the 3rd picture. Bulb on the far left is the new LED, 2nd is missing a bulb (lol), 3rd and 4th are CFL. Notice the base of the LED doesn't really produce light because of the way the bulb is designed. Not sure if this is a big deal for some but for full disclosure wanted to note this.
Edit2: For the people who need more proof feel free to call my local Costco at (916) 563-7002 for a price check and give them the product number of 645592. Also, some people are stating the manufacture is not that great for CFLs - the wonderful thing about Costco is you can return it at anytime if you're not satisfied. So if it doesn't last the "22.8 years" stated on the packaging then its being returned - I can attest to the quality of the output and the dimming capabilities as I have seen both - I can not attest to the longevity... PM me in 20 years! Best of luck!

I agree Feit is really terrible quality. I have a bunch of "Dimable" CFL's from Lowes on clearace, (obviously they didn't work right and Lowes wanted rid of them), well they are dimmable for about two weeks and then it never works again, and yes I used at least three different kind of dimmers, including ones that supported CFL's. Maybe worth a try for that price.
Also a few didn't work out of the box, and some worked about two months and blew. None of them last stated life.
From my experience, the Feit brand is utter crap. I had some CFLs from them that lasted less than 3 months.
However, with Costco's return policy, you can't go wrong!
That is ironic, considering the packaging makes a huge point of telling you how light will come out from ALL AROUND THIS bulb!
Yes its that mess of plastic you can see in the first picture - obviously no light comes from there. I look into these bulbs somewhat frequently at Lowes and all of them have this same design where there is a mess of plastic on the base. Another thing why I wanted these over CFL's is because these are "instant on". I have some CFL's that if they haven't been turned on in a few days take about 3 seconds to turn on! Hate that because I'm always second guessing if I missed the switch or something.
Americans need to start speaking and understanding lumens.
Maybe someday we can go to the metric system as well.
No that ain't happening. That would be too easy, for most.
In all fairness and at risk of starting anything... we do use the metric system in things that matter. Not saying I wouldn't agree with teaching kids the metric system just so we can keep to one standard, but it is not like we are building our aircraft, spacecraft, and other engineering and scientific endeavors using the imperial system.
I don't see anything wrong when using feet to represent a rough distance your friend is standing from you or using mileage to represent how far grandmas is before turkey dinner.
OP needs to post the price picture to prove your finding.
I saw it sell for $1!!! but no proof.
Sorry didn't take a picture of the sign and I'm not in the mood to take a picture of the receipt and edit out the crucial info. Feel free to call your local Costco in the morning with the item number. Heck call the one I went to at (916) 563-7002 for a price check and give them the product number of 645592. Have a nice day.
