Dell Inspiron i14z-5000sLV 14-Inch Ultrabook (Silver) for $400? Good deal?

I just bought the Dell Inspiron i14z-5000sLV 14-Inch Ultrabook (Silver) for $400 on amazon. Is this a good deal or should I wait for a better deal or even a better computer that that price? I am trying to look for a good laptop to replace my old one.
