This is a great deal @ $214 FS over at BH PhotoVideo (and now Amazon)running the table on all the different mounts ($70+ off regular price):

Manual focus as all Rokinon lenses are. Fun well reviewed lens, better price if you don't really want to invest all that money in an AF lens. Yes we know there are a number of choices exponentially more expensive. I would suspect if you're in the market for those higher priced lenses you probably wouldn't be considering the Rokinon anyway.

The 8mm Ultra Wide Angle f/3.5 Fisheye Lens from Rokinon gives you a 180° view with dramatic, exaggerated perspective when used with an APS-C camera, or a powerful circular image floating in the frame when used with a full frame digital camera or 35mm film camera. With hybrid aspherical lenses and multi-layer coating, you will produce sharply defined images with a minimum of flare and ghosting. The 8mm lens focuses as close as 1' (30.48 cm) from the lens, and has a built-in petal lens hood.

I may be mistaken but I haven't seen a whole lot of fisheyes that take screw-on filters, if that's what you're referring to.

That being said you can attach a filter via a holder (I wouldn't know where to find a compatible one), but even if you did I would assume an 8mm fisheye would vignette badly. There's always gels. In any event, I'm fairly "serious" about my photography but personally wouldn't bother trying to attach a filter to this. To each their own.

This one does not have either 1 or 2. Regarding 3, a decent filter holder system, e.g. Lee, plus a good quality filter, would cost more that this particular lens.

Having that said, filters are not that essential for digital photography compared to the old school film photography. Besides, popular filters, e.g. CPL, wont work well with fisheye lenses.

Well I'm thinking with the exceptionally wide angle and massive DOF you'll be in focus more often than you think. And even more so if you stop down. See the quote and link below.
