Staples 25% off one item coupon B&M

For those in California does Staples charge a recycle fee when buying laptop instore vs online? I know for monitors we don't get charged the fee if we purchase online, but instore they do. Does it work the same for laptops as well?

I was gonna try in omax too. My omax price matches and accepts competitor coupons. I have bunch of staples catalogs (20/75). Then omax gives me $20 for 20 cartridges for purchases on same day.

Assuming price at standard $100

I know online Staples pays it for monitors, but doesn't add the charge to us like Frys or BB does. So is it the same with laptops in that if we buy online they pay it, but we don't get charged?

You could try a kiosk order and then try to apply the 25%. Then call Staples.com for a price match. Cannot remember if Staples.com can see the price after coupons or not. YMMV on doing a kiosk order and applying an in-store coupon and then doing a PM. Even with changing holiday price matches of stores to online prices, I don't think Staples in the store will price match Amazon. Usually only other local stores. Couldn't find anything by Googling.
