I sat in the Herrick chair. One of their better ones. They had one floor sample left at 99.00, minus the 25% off coupon. I almost did it, but it had a hole on the backside. the Poynter was 130.00 before 25% coupon.

99% of their chairs suffer from poor foam in the seat. Their furniture guy spoke frankly with me, and agreed the seat went first. That was the trouble with many of their floor samples. They already were bottoming out when I sat in them. Of course, I aint as light as I was in my younger days..He gave me some BS story about getting the warranty and how all you had to do is complain to the manager, and they would give you full store credit for a new chair during the warranty. "You can't lose man, you get full credit toward a new chair!"

The Osgood is 80.00 fri and sat. Not near as good as some of the guys who got it for 10.00 6 months ago on some crazy Staples combo coupon deal. I think I will wait for a better chair and a better price.
