The Colt and many others have chrome lined barrels. It doesn't appear that this does. Any opinions on how much a difference that makes?

I just called a Dicks in IL and they do not carry any ARs at all, only bolt action rifles and shotguns. I did not call multiple stores, but the associate I talked to seemed to know what he was talking about and said that none of the Chicagoland stores carry any ARs at all.

But good point! I have lancer mags and and order of 3rd gen pmags coming anywho! Imagine if I had to console, the family of those slayed, I slain on game consoles...

I'm on my way to get one. The Math in the op description post doesn't add up to me. I have 7% tax so 720 + tax =775 otd. Only problem is they Won't let me take the gun home until after black Friday. Their excuse is they have to have Some physical Rifles On Hand to sell to the customers.

Damn! Here goes my 911 fund! Providing Dick's here in Tampa Bay has them. Good thing I am off tomorrow, time to visit teh local store nd keep my fingers crossed. Been debating an AR and this looks like a heck of a deal!
