No. I looked into that awhile ago. Someone long ago tried to create some interest in creating an XBMC channel but got frustrated with the lack of interest. I'm still hoping it will be done sometime in the future.
I have 4 of the older XDS models about 1.5 yr old-you know; the larger square ones?
Is there any advantage(boot time, less hang ups or faster buffering) to the new generation ones.
FYI....My Roku's always need to be rebooted if you watch a show and walk away for an hour or so.
Seems to be an inherent glitch.
I think the only real advantage right now is that VUDU (walmarts streaming service) is available on the new versions only. I had two of the XDS units and loved them. I just gave one to the folks, and will probably give them the other one soon.
I currently have 1 XDS, 1 Roku HD, and 1 Roku2 XS. I will go for the XS for my next purchase, as the bluetooth remote is awesome.
I must say, I never have to reboot any of my rokus. Might be a network issue? I have one connected to the ethernet and two are used wirelessly.
