Extra $25 Coupon for Nook and Kindle eReaders [Excl. Paper White :(] @ Staples [In Stores only]

Should only says it excludes kindle paper white.

I think I am going to pick up the basic $69 kindle. Only $44 + tax with this coupon. Nice e-reader for family.

Hmmm... I guess it's time to go get a Kindle Fire HD. It will be cheaper this way than on BF and you get the price reduced right away, not just a GC after the sale.

Terms on coupon say plainly not valid on "tablets"..."Amazon Kindle"..."NOOK" etc so pretty sure not going to work.

ok, we are clearly all confused here:

there are two coupons

Coupon 1: 25% off items (not valid on tablets)
Coupon 2: $25 off nook/kindle (in store)

pretty much cannot combine the two..


Scored two Nook tablet 16gbs.....None in stock, so they allowed a kiosk order and the coupon application (even though it says in store only)

It says "Discount applies to highest priced eligible item." on the Kindle/Nook coupon. Does this mean I can't use it on the basic Kindle?

No, it means that if you check out with a basic Kindle and a Nook HD+, the coupon applies to the Nook HD+ because it costs more. Doesn't really matter since it's $25 off either way, versus how a percentage discount would work.

I got it now, if the 25% off worked I was all ready to drive the hour to get a Kindle, $25 off not so much would cost half that in gas.

Picked up an 8GB Nook Tablet at my local Staples for 89.92 plus tax. The $25 coupon would not apply when the cashier tried to scan. He said it might only be good for the Ereaders that are not tablets, and said ok when I asked him to try the 25% coupon. It worked! So, the 8GB tablet is on clearance for 119.90, less 29.98 (25% off coupon), plus tax = 97.68 for me. Wish they would've had the 16GB, as that would have ended up being only 8.14 more, but I can't complain!

The $25 coupon didn't work and manager didn't accept it bc it doesn't have the code on it. Couldn't argue bc of that. Very upset. Really wanted a kindle wifi.

So this deals brings the price for Nook Simple touch to $75. (assuming I understand it correctly...think you cant combine the 25% and $25 off coupons to the same product???)

Wait couple of days and you can get Nook Simple touch at sears for $39.99 or target for $50.
