Has anyone had experience with probikekit.com?

I was looking for some compression workout wear and saw that they have by far the cheapest prices (they were in the clearance section, to be fair). RR has only 11 reviews, of which some were horrible 1-star reviews (said they were irresponsive, or even never shipped). Some others were 5-star, and looked very suspicious because of eerie similarity ("... I was shopping, saw the suspiciously low prices, but ordered anyway, and thank God, because they turned out to be a great merchant...). The website doesn't look like scam, although there is a section named "enquiry"... Is that even a word? I always thought it was spelled "inquiry".

The company claims to have been around since 70s or 80s. If that were the case, wouldn't they have more than 11 reviews on RR?

They are legitimate. Keep in mind that they are in the UK and it can take up to 28 days to receive your order, all though most people receive their orders in 5-14 days. If you are ordering for yourself, there is no problem with their products. If you are ordering as a gift, that can be a problem. They often remove things from their original packaging to ship them. They tend to use bags to ship everything, and if you order something breakable, there is always a chance that it will arrive damaged. Also, try not to order items that you wouldn't want rubbing up against each other (some people are picky about their items), because generally, multiple items are removed from their package and tossed in a single bag. One thing to keep in mind is that if you use a debit card from a bank, they will charge you the currency exchange fee when they charge your card. This can be avoided by paying by credit cards, unless you have a credit card that charges you for overseas transactions.

Of the orders that I have placed with them in the past, I would guess that 3 out of 10 orders are incorrect (they sent the wrong size, the wrong quantity, etc), their customer service was slow to correct the issues, but in all but one of the cases they did make good on their mistake. Because of how inept their customer service seems to be, I would definitely pay with PayPal, so that you can file a dispute of the charges if anything goes wrong. A friend of mine also orders from there, and has had both good and bad experiences, so far they have only got 1 out of 15 of his orders incorrect.

Thank you very much! That's exactly the kind of review I was looking for. So they are "legit but inept", lol. I'm gonna treat this purchase as "no return" because I would have to ship it all the way to UK.
