The new gen (335) is 20nm NAND - which is not necessarily favorable in the same controller. Do your research. 20NM nand is the direction, but not any better, and has some potential drawbacks. I am going with solid and proven. in for two.
I have 5 intel SSD's running now for the past two years. All have been rock solid with zero issues. People need to understand that ANY SSD is going to be smoking fast, and trying to get the fastest SSD available is futile - there wont be any measurable speed difference for the typical user. Always go with quality and reliability, and Intel does the most R&D and testing.
