I considered buying one of these because of the dual-band support, but it has horrible reviews. I bought a different dual-band model on ebay and the seller sent me the wrong model. Well, now I have a reason to try this one out.

works well have one from an earlier NCIX $5 deal - no stand with this one unlike the AE-1000

Great price. I have this and its not bad adapter. I have it connected to an E3000 router with dd-wrt.
I never had one disconnect so people with issues usually involve their network setup. |
