I've played this keyboard, and I have the 320. The keys are standard size.

Can anyone recommend a good entry level model for cheap? We want to get one for my father in law but he probably won't play it a lot so no use breaking the bank

I got this earlier this year for $300. I think it is the best piano for learners for the money if you don't want a regular one. Standard size weighted pressure sensitive keys that feel just like the real thing. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but works great for someone learning piano. You wont find one for cheaper that has the real weighted key feel.

There's a Casio deal at Target for about $60-70. You'd have to Google for more reviews.

Completely different from this, but maybe that's more what you want.
