Has anyone who submitted their rebate using basic rebate service seen their rebate status updated reflecting that their documentation has been received? I know basic service means payment in February but I'd like to know that my documentation has at least been accepted. So far it still shows their waiting for documentation which has me a bit worried as I sent it all in on 12/4.

I mailed documents on 12/3 under the basic service and haven't seen any change to the tracking page.

My nerves are jangled just enough to confirm I'm not alone (thanks, seabrook) but I'm not panicked. From the popularity of this deal, I'd guess they were overwhelmed with submissions and are working out from under.

I also purchased two of the webcams (C260s) - same merchant same rebate service - and those tracking results didn't update yet either.

Just wanted to chime in and say I also haven't seen an update. Not particularly worried at this point, either.

I just got a confirmation email about the rebate. Basic service. Sent 12/6.

I just got confirmation that all the doc has been received for basic refund service. Scanned images of the doc submitted are available for viewing online (including the mailing envelope!), pretty cool. I was worried I forgot to sign it. Nope, there it is! Date sent in: Dec 5th.

I received confirmation of receipt documentation tonight.

Agree with the above poster - the scanned PDF of everything they received is an awesome feature!

FYI.... just intsalled Xubuntu 12.10 on my 5 year old laptop, and this thing boots up Linux in 8 seconds now flat. That's the same laptop that used to take 4 1/2 mins to boot Windows 7. Love this little hard drive, best investment made in a long while.

Not on their website. Just gave me a list of "missing" documents. I sent them an email with my own scans, waiting for their reply now.

Much to my surprise, I actually received my rebate card today. I wasn't expecting it for another 6 weeks or so. I didn't even send my documentation in until Dec 18th, so it's only been one month. This has got to be the quickest turnaround time ever for a rebate in my experience.

I didn't even opt for the rush processing.

Same here. Sent mine in on 12/17, standard processing, and received the rebate on Friday!
