$20 card was delivered today. Forgot all about this, couldn't remember what I had bought.

I just received a letter that i had submitted an invalid UPC code for this, which is a complete lie. Good thing I scan every rebate document before I mail it. I emailed them and told them to get someone to fix this or they're getting a BBB complaint about fraudulent rebate offers.

Oh, and this thing was DOA. Since newegg charges you to send it back, I just threw it away.

One of mine just started having connection problems. I emailed Tenda but I doubt I'll get a reply.

Same here I got the same letter and will give them a call. I also keep copies before sending the documents/upc over. This is the first time ever I've had this happen to me and I've done a lot of rebates.

Mine was denied because I used a PO Box. I may have missed it, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't listed in the restrictions anywhere.

I spoke to a rep and she told me I got the wrong UPC cut out. She told me there should have been 12(?) characters, ok that makes sense, but I never saw another UPC. The one I cut out was from the box and had 17 characters starting with a letter. I went to ebay to try and get some other angles of the box and see if there was another UPC code, but I couldn't find it.

Can someone here verify that the UPC they cut out wasn't 17 characters long?

I got the invalid UPC, too. I took out the original box and found that there is another UPC on the side of the box (not the one on the back that I mailed).

The UPC on the side of the box is the one they want. The one on the back isn't the one they wanted, which is total BS. I sent in the one from the back for both rebates. So for $20, I have a DOA adapter and a crappy one I'll never use. Screw tenda for putting 2 different UPC codes on their box and not specifying which one they wanted for the rebate. I'll bet it was intentional too, to screw as many people out of the rebate as possible.
