$5 shipping for me... too much to pull the trigger.
Nice thing is this router runs dd-wrt, and my favorite TomatoUSB. I'm using the dual-band version right now as my main router with an external hard drive attached. The router runs transmission bittorrent client, and DLNA media server. It does an excellent job, streaming everything without hesitation. My bandwidth is limited here so I used the QOS to set priority to my VOIP device so my calls are still crystal clear while torrenting and the like... The specs are great too. 64MB RAM, 8MB RAM, dual usb ports, gigabit LAN (on dual-band version at least, not sure about this one...)
It's a solid choice for ~$25 shipped if you're in the market...
I'm interested in a router than can do QoS which seems like it necessitates Tomato/Tomato RAF/CeroWRT which are increasing in QoS capabilities. (Low Latency w/ Gaming or VOIP while bandwidth being hogged by NetFlix/Torrents)
CPU Speed is unable to be found on Belkin's Data sheet or anything. CPU speed is important when using QoS. My WRT54G2 chokes when applying QoS on dd-wrt micro because it can't inspect them fast enough I guess. (7 guys)
How to install tomato on this? I was looking for the DD-WRT firmware to flash, and the only one available is for the Share -MAX- N300. I'm not sure if drivers for MAX would work with this one too, and I don't want to risk bricking
