No need for a 110 here, since ATT refuses to come re-bond their equipment or move their demarkation point without charging me exorbitant fees. I ripped out all the old phone wiring, replaced with fresh Cat6 drops, and terminated next to my electrical service entrance. Without grounding, I'm not going to plug my entire network into their line.

Dose anyone knows that this phone connection or service can be used for house alarm system or not?
It uses your internet/router so that must be on to use such. Also the 100 is really made for a single phone connection, not jumpering it into your current phone lines. It works well with the phones that have 1 base and several remote phones.
You'd need to do some special configuring hardware wise with your security system or have one dedicated to your security system. I have had mine on occasion require a redial or 2 so it may not be best to depend on it for security.

Perfect timing. I ported my landline to a cell phone 3 years ago since the LL was $32/month and the added cell phone line was $8/month (i've got dumb phones). That phone just sits in the house cuz I won't give my cell number to anyone other than close friends and family. Tomorrow, 3 GSs, dumping my 'dumb' phones, porting the 'landline' number to GV.
