Canon Speedlite 430EX II for $191.24 + tax!

Hey Just went to staples and got the Canon Speedlite 430EX II for $191.24 + tax!

This is how I did it, went to staples and order the Canon Speedlite 430EX II off the kiosk and picked to pay in-store. Have them price match to BestBuy $254.99, and then use the 25% off coupon! It will come out to be $191.24 + tax!

This is the best deal I have found, but hurry up becuase the 25% off only work today!

My copy of my receipt will be uploaded soon!

Um, no. Plenty of uses for a DSLR that DON"T need a speedlite: outdoor action sports photography, theater/performance photography, video, etc....

I was having same opinion until I bought one ...
First I went for prime with much better F stop than stock lens, thinking that i should help me for indoor pics of my son but eventually I bought speedlite - hell of a lot difference for indoor and night shooting parties etc

Next is I guess tripod for night pics of not so moving subjects Smilie

I have the 580exii and it's changed my life...agreed that a flash is a must own for indoors shooting - i can't tell you how many awesome wedding photos i've gotten thanks to my speedlight.

soyeah L3: Novice Member sinceApr 2006 Posts252 Reputation 65 Followers 0 + Give Rep	same here. i got a prime lens for indoor shooting because the built in flash was horrendous.. then i got a speedlite 430ex ii. and now its all about bounce flash. the only thing it doesn't have is the white reflector card that the 580 has. but i made my own.

i wouldn't say flashes are the first thing you should buy after getting a dslr. you should get it eventually though since it opens a whole new world of photography. most people who buy dslrs are first timers and they should get familiar with the camera first
