Someone said that earlier in the original deal thread. But I read through fry's Thursday's and Friday's and this router is not listed. So I would say don't bet on it.

figured it out. It only works for residential addresses which is lame since I usually ship stuff to work

I heard the trick is to not enter anything on the second address line in order to get free shipping. It was mentioned in the last rt-n66u tigerdirect thread.

i read all the glowing reviews on newegg. with the exception of a few nubz who didnt know what they were doing, it has been well received. tomato kicks azz too.

Finally pulled the trigger and got one!! Glad I setup alerts since I missed the deal on 11/21/12 . I was planning to pick one up from the store at cost since my Netgear WNR3500v1 requires a reboot every few hrs and performs worst than my WRT54G (the best G router there is). I also missed DD-WRT.

I had to pay tax, so out the door mine was $127. I hate paying tax online.

if you don't know why you would need tomato for your router, then the factory firmware will be good enough for you. You should look at this router as what it is, a 5GHz 802.11n (+a b g) dual band router. And it is a pretty good one at that.
