Kmart's 6AM Thanksgiving DoorBusters What time are you going?

The Kmart in Little Rock, Ar was also a joke.
I arrived at 4:45 and there was around 150 people in line. I stayed around to watch because I knew it would be ugly, plus there was no way I was going to get anything good with that many people in line ahead of me.
By 5:55 there were around 450 people in line with another 60-80 waiting in the parking lot ready to rush the doors.
At 6 there was a mass crash for the single door to get into Kmart. Really ugly.
Kmart did nothing for crowd control. It was a free-for-all. Pushing, shoving, tripping.

After everyone pushed their way inside, I went and stood next to a group of people who were laying into one of the asst. managers. They got the asst. manager to admit that they had < 10 plasma TV's and 10 of the LCD TV's.
Bunch of pissed off people.

No TVs left by the time they got to us, 50 back

Stood in line @ 1:30 for a 32" and a 42". was 8th in line thought for sure I was golden. Brought the tickets out @ 5:45 said I have 5 32" and 2 42" needless to say I did not get one. There means of getting people in the store is terrible.... They ruin peoples holidays by offering a great deal and the only have 2 in stock really. how is this legally even considered an advertisable sale.....

So... how was it?

Has anyone ever tossed around the idea of a civil lawsuit against the big box stores for advertising a sale that truly is non-existent. 2 tvs is not a sale?????

Pretty sure there is a disclaimer that says "limited quantities".
