Largest compatible router with any firmware. Tomato and almost all of its varients + DD-WRT, fast processor for if you load the CPU (QoS perhaps)? And what not. Single band FYI.
Personally I'm eyeing Tomato RAF for it's improved QoS capacity since I'm in a house of 7 guys and I like to DotA 2 (game).
HOWEVER given that scenario, I've been told CeroWRT has the new CODL algorithm of dealing with bufferbloat which causes latency problems (aka Lag).
So that's why I'm considering the WNDR3700:
