Really not sure which >480 SSD to go with. The warranty for this is longer (5 years vs. 3 years) than the M4 and the 840. Though I have yet to see the M4 at this price point.

Its a Tier 1 SSD according to Tom's hardware Hierarchy. Link [tomshardware.com] This is the lowest price I have seen for a tier 1 >480GB SSD, Though it may go lower in the next 4-5 days. |

I would probably advise anyone not to get this due to the high failure rate and also bcos the company might be filing for bankruptcy based how the stock has been shorted to death. A new FED investigation [seekingalpha.com] was just disclosed today. You might end up with no one to back your warranty , although I do believe someone will probably end up buying them for a very cheap price.

Had this in my cart at Newegg when their deals started.
Browsed the rest of their early black friday deals afterward to see if there was anything else worth buying. Go to order, it's sold out. Good to see it on Amazon; shame I don't have any credit plan with them like I do Newegg. A lot of money to spend when I don't have much right now.. hopefully Newegg gets some more before the order ships as I have under $200 left for cyber monday. *sigh* (Edit: Order shipped already despite carriers not carring over the weekend. My poor finances..) Edit: Nope. Out $450 (bought another thing with it, also available on newegg) instead of being able to charge it and have a year to pay it off, what a mess.
