I ordered on 11/22. My order was cancelled on 11/23. However, I received no notification that my order was cancelled. I only found out about it when I went to check my order status online today.

My credit card company approved the charge on 11/22. My shipping and billing address are the same as the ones I have previously used with Canon to buy 4 or 5 cameras over the last few years.

The Canon representative could give me no reason for the cancellation. They said they have a memo from corporate instructing them to tell customers that if I want the camera to order it again, but at today's higher price because the 25% sale ended yesterday.

Got my t3i yesterday. (I placed the order Friday morning.) Looks brand new as well. No dirt, scratches, scuffs, markings at all. Works great. All of the extra stuff (strap, battery, cables, documentation, software) looks brand new as well. For a little over 400, this was a pretty sweet deal for a newbie DSLR user. Going to have some good Christmas pics this year!

checked my order status for t3i and it was cancelled. do not know why (

What is wrong with their site? Doesn't work on chrome or ie.

Can't login to account. Can't check order status using order number.

I got my t3i yesterday and it looked brand new. Except I'm not sure it is working correctly. I am a relative novice when it comes to DSLR's so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong.
Sometimes it will turn on and take pictures fine, usually after I take out and put the battery back in. Sometimes when I turn it on, the menu will appear but it won't be able to take pictures...even the viewfinder will be black. Sometimes it will turn on, the lcd and viewfinder works but I won't be able to take pictures when I press the button. This is in Manual, but automatic doesn't seem to work much better.
I've looked through the manual but can't find anything. Lens, battery, and card taken out and nothing seems to work.
So do I just have a clunker or is there something I'm missing??

Wondering if the people that got their T3i, didn't do E b a t e s for $10 more back? Seems like lots of them got cancelled??

I got the refurbed 60D with 18-200 lens yesterday from their Black Friday sale
The camera is new I check the shutter count only 12
and the lens hasnt even been taken out of the plastic bag just put in a plain box with refurb sticker same as the camera

Hmm, my order got canceled with any notification... Is anyone order got canceled? Their customer service number put you to a no-timer radio music for waiting.

I got my T3i on Monday and I wasn't sure I was going to keep it. I also order 1 of the many advertised bundled deals from B&H. I was in a dilemma and I hate making decisions. I couldn't make up my mind which to keep.I got the B&H on Wednesday. I had no idea this one would come so quickly. My son is graduating from his job officers training on Friday so I really wanted the camera. So now I have both of them. After I placed my order with B&H they were doing price matches with Amazon's bundle by offering a bag and 32 card and filters. I tried to contact them but they were closed. I did notice that my order included a bag in the itemization. I unfortunately live in the Great NEVER ENDING TAXME state of NY so my order total was much higher but that is not anyone fault. I made every effort to work with B&H get them to somewhat match the deals they were for all the others here on SD and they denied my multiple request. I think that sucked because they were honoring it for so many. Oh well simple solution I should have placed the order with Amazon instead of rely on any expection. I will learn all this stuff as I go along. Its pretty cool to do this slick deal stuff anyway. Will I buy from B&H again, NO , but this is the way to learn about the how these merchants operate. I now know if I want to get in on the real deal I have to go after it and I guess stone them or most importantly place another order with the retailor that has the better deal and cancel the order with a merchant that I have to contact multiple times to get a match that you know they have been offering other buyers. I'm all for the buyer getting a great deal .

However, after reading all the threads I realized most people were saying the one lens wasn't really worth keeping so I decided. Well I would keep this camera and go out and purchase the lens that they were all going to keep. A friend gave me a really nice bag that she no longer uses and I purchased the same lens they all said was the better 1 in the bundle for $ 134.00 and spent $18 for 16gb card so I spent a total of $ 578.00. Which is $130.00 less than the bundle at B&H. I don't need that extra lens in that bundle since everyone is saying its really not a great lens because it doesn't have IS.
The price was much closer to what I originally wanted to spend being a beginner.

Yes its true there are people that were able to get bundle deals in the price range that I spent but unfortunately I was not able to land any of them. Its also difficult for me to do so with the Tax equation.

The camera is very nice and amazing looks brand new. I love the way it takes pix without the damn delay.

What is very hard when your buying here is that when refub price deal was posted it was amazing to me perfect for my budget and then the deal with all the lens was great and we just seem to get enticed with this more stuff spend more money scheme. I'm glad I decided to stay with the Refub one and use my money on other things. I'm only a beginner and when everyone gets tired of all these camera's they will all be on ebay as used too LOL. I am the BIGGEST OFFENDER of being enticed by "stuffed" deals LOL I can convince myself I need anything. Thanks for all the advice here.

I decided to take my extra $ 130.00 and put it towards the apple Ipad since I have been wanting an upgrade for the past 8 mo. I have an Ipad 1 so I'm going to sell it and use the proceeds and my savings on my Ipad. Its a WIn WIN.
Now I have to go and learn how to use this camera.
