Got the BB 14inch $250 laptop instead. Both are good basic laptops.

return policy is a turn off....
" Notebooks and computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped. If the above conditions are not met, Adorama has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee". no go for me

Hmm, was about to bite on the BB Toshiba laptop for $400 [bestbuy.com]. Better processor here and no tax, but no return policy. Hmmmm.

I went ahead and bought this one after comparing all the Black Friday laptop deals. $369, no tax, free shipping for an i5 is a GREAT deal. I also like the backlit keyboard - can type in the dark while in bed!
