Try emailing them. I did last night, and they got back to me today saying the package must have been lost, and that they were going to contact UPS about it. They said I wouldn't have to do anything else, and that they could either refund me or reship the order. I replied back asking them to reship. The weird thing is, they sent me a refund right after they sent that email, so I have no idea what is going to happen now. I hope they reship, though...I want that card, and I don't want to have to pay more for it.

Thanks. I was going to do that, but yesterday, I got a surprise in the mail. The micro SDHC card! woot I haven't opened it up yet, but the packaging looks perfect in terms of no damage. It'll be nice to give my phone some breathing room from 8 GB to 32 GB. Cool

In your case, hopefully if there was a mix-up on the refund vs. re-ship that they'll at least honor the price you originally had and re-ship it.

I will never order from Adorama again. I still have not received my item. The tracking number does not work. No one answers the phone. Im really ticked off because its I placed the order on black Friday and its almost been 1 month.

I really regret not ordering from B&H when I had the chance!

Yeah, I agree. This was my first purchase from Adorama, and it will be my last. They refunded me without me asking them to, which is whatever, but instead of doing the logical thing and offering to place the order again at the same price, they just keep saying there's nothing they can do because I've already been refunded.

I can top that. I called them today to ask them why the hell I didnt receive the item. They told me it got lost in the mail and they gave me an option for refund or reship. I was at work and wanted to finish the call quick so I didnt argue and said reship but please expedite. They said ok and I hung up. I get an email in an hour saying the item is on backorder! DIDNT THEY KNOW THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN I CALLED!!!! Adorama sucks!! I am going to really let them hear it tomorrow!!
