A couple of questions for those that have received your orders in the last few days. Is the package arriving via UPS or US Postal Service? Are they being shipped in a box or padded envelope? Thanks in advance for your responses.

For all those who received their orders, does the packing slip say who actually shipped this? Was it a 3rd party?
I had placed my order right at the start when this thread was still at page-1, and my order is still to be shipped. My credit card was charged the full amount the same day. I had ordered one each of Brave and Secret of the Wings. The delivery estimate was till 4th Dec, so I called them again today and they have no idea why the order is still in "Processing" status!! I don't have much hope that my order will be shipped. |

My order is still processing but says will be delivered on Nov 28...hmmm....ordered two....hope I get at least one!

Seems like they are slowly trying to make good on this and ship all orders out. But I imagine Brave was a hot seller and they are waiting on more stock. Last edited by scottman; 12-03-2012 at 10:23 PM.. |

Wow.. this sucks for me.. I got the regular Blu-Ray, NO 3D
 I was one of the order pending for a good while on paypal. Package came in a cheap plastic bag.. undamaged though.. but still.. I would expect a bubbled envelope. This is going back to Sears tomorrow. |

I opened a dispute with paypal as I have rec'd nothing and my order is still in processing. I was one of the first to order it when it went up that morning. Total BS.

I was one of the first few to try this and I have 3 separate orders for 3 different movies and all of them still say processing estimated delivery date of Dec 4th. No clue if they might get here or not....

Yay! My Brave 5 piece set came today!! I was worried it wouldn't be the right thing. My Cinderella came last week and my Tinker Bell still shows processing. I paid $14 in extra shipping fees to get expedited to arrival on 11/28. Oh well, at least half my order is here and is right! Last week they said I could call back and try to get my expedited shipping fees credited, but I will wait until after Tinker Bell ships just in case...

so contacted sears.com chat support.
Asked whats going on with the order as still says processing, they tell me its done processing and I will have it on dec 4. I tell them it is Dec 4 and I dont have it, they tell me well its says be there by dec 4. So just idiots, as it said nov 30-dec4 as expected delivery on order status. Will just file paypal claim since support is so useless |

Received the Diamond Edition Blu-ray/DVD of Cinderella today. Invoice says Order 1/Ship 1 Cinderella ; Order 1/Ship 0 Brave. So I am still waiting on a Brave Blu-ray, like most people.
Since I bought these for Christmas and am not trying to send them off or resell them, I have no problem waiting to see this play out for a few weeks. My Order status on the sears website hasn't changed at all. Thanks OP, nice find! |

Ordered just ONE Brave 3D an hour after the deal went up and my current status is:
Processing Estimated Arrival Date: Nov. 30 - Dec. 04 And now it is Dec 5th.  Know this is not related to the Blu-ray deal but I placed an order for one of these Hamilton Beach 4 Quart Oval Slow Cooker [sears.com]. It's showing that I didn't pick it up. How long will Sears hold this before they cancel the order and refund my money. Just curious if anyone has the time to answer. I know if you order something for pickup at BB, the $ goes back to your CC after 10 days, but I don't see anything about how this works with Sears. Last edited by gymsock; 12-05-2012 at 12:40 AM.. |
