Brave 3D 5 disc BR for $8 plus s&h at Sears.com

Soooo yeah I am having a similar experience.

About a week ago I called Sears and was told it was going to be 28 days from the order date for the movie. I asked them to cancel it, and I was told they could not.

I asked them to do something else to have this movie ready for my daughter's 12th birthday party on the 8th, they told me basically they weren't going to do anything because "This was such a good deal anyway".

So I was angry, called Chase, disputed the charge.

Then on Saturday got a refund I didnt ask for AND a tracking for the movie. Got the movie today - 5 disc version!

I placed two orders 1 for Brave with Tinkerbell and the second one for John Carter. The Brave order still in processing but I received the shipping confirmation for John Carter. I think they are only honoring 1 order per account. My bad.

I haven't received it yet, it says delivered when i track, but the tracking no. they gave me has no details at all.

Just curious, I dont remember what I ordered, is it english version or spanish version ?

Received one of the two shipments they said they sent. It was the 5-disk edition

It means that the form has to be manually filled out and then send instead of making a photocopy of that manually filled form and sending it (keeping the originally filled form for themselves).

You guys that are getting the orders did you all call Sears or the orders just started showing up?
I am debating if I should call them. I hate dealing with Sears/Kmart CS reps, they are so useless.

Completely forgot about this, got a nice little surprise in my mail box. Can't believe I got the actual special edition today.

Will any two kellogg UPC cut off work? I'm still waiting for one more Brave. I've left two emails and have not received replies. I don't really want to call.

Got my order, but man!

I did not enjoy Sears' handling of the order: late shipment, customer service that didn't serve the customer, and bad links/tracking number in delivery confirmation email. Humbug!

On the plus side, great price on gifts for the kiddos. Merry Christmas!

Got my 5-disc a day earlier than expected. And about two weeks later than their estimated date.

Did anybody get Tinkerbell? I received my Brave a long time ago, but received a cancellation email now on Tinkerbell.

What is going on with Sears! I received this email:

In regard to order number xxxxxxx, a credit in the amount of $11.78 was issued to your account today. This credit was issued because Secret of the Wings has been discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Huge problem! I thought I had family gifts taken care of, missed deals, and now my order of SEVEN Secret of the Wings is canceled. That's right, order with tax and expedited shipping came to about $67, so where the crap did a credit of "$11.78" come from?!

So I just got off the phone with CS yet again. And yet again it will be "investigated" and I might see my credit in 5-10 business days. I am still out over $150 from a 11/17 order they keep promising to credit. Extremely frustrating!
