In for one. This will be my second one of these drives. Been an awesome drive so far, but I just burn Blu-Rays with it, I dont watch them on my computer.
Also I went for the combo and got a 25pk of 25GB BD-Rs for another $9. |

so is it common practice now for a drive not to come with playback software at all. if you are going to watch BR movies AND burn with the same drive that is not considered normal use? i do not understand a drive that wont even play what it records ? am i missing something?

The combo with 25 Rosewill BD-Rs ended up being $79.98 shipped. They seem to be reviewed fairly well.

Retail drives come as sold in stores with the software bundle included. Yes that would be considered normal use for that type of drive. Yes it should play back what it records unless the burned media is DRM protected to where copies cannot be made. |

But you can find those here: LINK [whoknowsmy.name] I have PowerDVD 12 Ultra and it works like a champ with Blu-rays. Nero 12 Platinum also has a built-in Blu-ray player that I forgot to mention (thanks emazur!), but I haven't really tried it out. |
