Three Free After Rebate Softwares now up at Staples (McAfee, Kaspersky and Quikbooks) $200 + in rewards to monetize

so both my friend and I who did the Mcafee mail in rebate got "invalid upc" on the parago website. so i guess its not just the kaspersky ones that are showing up wrong. so keep an eye out on this mcafee one too.....i bought the actual boxed copy too, not a download for $54 Mail in Rebate on McAfee Internet Security 3User 2013 (SKUs 959599, 957358, 982947) at Staples.

I too was denied the McAfee rebate. I followed their directions precisely but they said my UPC was invalid because it didn't match the one they had on file. The UPC of the boxed software Staples sent me was 731944630977, but the one they had on file was 731944619682. Fortunately, one of their agents on their live chat system [mcafeerebates.com] OKed it for me but this was very frustrating. Not sure whether Staples sent the wrong product (doubtful) or whether McAfee didn't communicate well with the retailer (more likely), but if you're getting denied, you might want to try contacting them.

I've sent in 3 McAfee rebates from mid to late Nov (TP 1 user, TP 3 user, IS 3 user) and all 3 are valid and processing

I bought the mini retail box version that they have in stores (box only includes a card with download location and serial number, no CD) -- UPCs were:
TP 1 user 731944619712
TP 3 user 731944619613
IS 3 user 731944619682

All 3 boxes had "Special Subscription Offer" shown on the front and included an extra $20 rebate for "Always On" auto renewal -- you can just claim the extra rebate online using the unique rebate code without actually signing up for the subscription

I got all 3 $20 prepaid cards within a week from submitting the rebate -- now I'm just waiting on the regular rebate checks
