I picked up the Polk T15's from Best Buy for $50 on Sunday. Wondering if I should get these instead. I like that the Polk's are a little smaller and have a bigger woofer.

Just put either of the following into Google:

SP-BS21-LR
SP-BS21-LR site:slickdeals.net

These would be used for
- a pair of stereo speakers, where you wanted something somewhat compact
- front left and right, if you want smaller speakers
- rear speakers in a 5.1 surround

You'd normally want the matching center speaker and a sub for a 3.1 or 5.1 system. (Front left and right, center, rear left and right; the sub is the .1 for low frequency effects, ie, bass).

These are larger than some tiny speakers, but as a result deliver better sound.
