you need to re-read my post. i said at the time i posted. at some point (about 2 hr range), bestbuy did not offer free shipping anymore for this product.

No need to re-read your older posts. It's really not as important to me as it seems to be to you. I think I understand what you're saying, though: Best Buy was offering free shipping when I posted, but then for a 2 hour period (when you did your post) for some odd reason they stopped offering the free shipping, then they offered free shipping again (good thru 1/2/2013) and they're still offering that same free shipping. I wonder why they shut it off for 2 hours. Weird, unexplained mystery, I guess.
I'm curious...after all this back and forth posting, what card did YOU end up buying? The Patriot or the SanDisk? It would seem kind of silly that you would correct every one of my posts for a product that you weren't even going to purchase, eh? I ended up getting the SanDisk, myself.

i bought 4 x 32gb of sandisk from adorama. also got 4x 32gb sandisk from bestbuy earlier with freeshipping. will have to return them when i receive them. i called in to cancel bestbuy orders but they were already in progress. so i will keep 4 x 32gb sandisk from adorama. also order this patriot because it's much cheaper. but i can't return the ones from adorama or they will charge me shipping and restock. if i could get more from this deal, i would buy more.

i guess i found out why it was so cheap AR... mine arrived DOA.

luckily i carefully opened it and tested before removing the UPC.

i should have heeded the bad reviews talking about failure and DOA.

i contacted the egg and got an RMA and prepaid return label.

so, no more patriot SD for sure.

when you get something DOA that just shows you that the manufacture is skimping on quality control.

I get sustained speeds of around 4.8MB/s on mine. Really slow - I don't believe its class 10. Did anyone else have the same problem?

Anybody get their rebate card yet? Dozens of other rebates process since from 4myrebates from just about any other slickdeal since Black Friday.

Does Patriot even fund these rebates for them to process?

Yes, got mine quite awhile ago.
