We owe you an apology. We took the Thanksgiving Holiday off yesterday and our systems made a pricing and inventory error in our absence. We need to zero out the transaction with you and amazon so that the authorization can be removed from your credit card (no actual funds have been charged to you) and ask that you please send over a cancellation request . We will be adding a 10% discount on anything in our store for having caused you wasted time and sincerely apologize for this technical error.

To cancel an item or an entire order:

Click the Your Orders button in Your Account.
Click the Cancel Items button. Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified and the Cancel Items button will not appear.
Click the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, check all the items.
Click the Cancel checked items button when finished.

Why are they asking us to cancel it if it is their mistake. They need to cancel it. I am not a happy camper. How do you guys feel about this?

They are taking the easy way out and if we cancel then they do not take negative feedback. (I am not planning on giving any feedback at all) but this is the way they prevent people from poking them.

Let them deal with it. And remember you are not charged so no sweat.

If you are proactive and cancel. It should be automatically restored.

I used partial credit too, but I am letting it ride.

I am very disappointed and really need these for my son and husband but cannot pay retail or even a 10% discounted price!

If they didn't want to man the store during Thanksgiving, shouldn't they have turned the site off?
