We need to zero out the transaction with you and amazon so that the authorization can be removed from your credit card (no actual funds have been charged to you) and ask that you please send over a cancellation request . To cancel an item or an entire order:
Click the Your Orders button in Your Account.
Click the Cancel Items button. Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified and the Cancel Items button will not appear.
Click the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, check all the items.
Click the Cancel checked items button when finished.
