here my 2 cents on how to do this if its something good. they seem to add the new item around :10 minutes before the hour or so but dont change the price. once they do, add the item to your cart to get it in there. from there you can update, refresh, f-key or whatever you want until the price changes to 24 ( i just confirmed on this past item it will update this way) and then checkout from there.
