No need to deal with email hassle when looking for invoices. Just log into your account, click on "My Account", then "Order History, Invoice Copies, and Return Authorizations.", then "View Invoice **********". That's it. An easy thing gets so complicated. The fault is usually customer service's being unfamiliar with their own system.

Did you buy colors of the webcam? I got both colors but only received the rebate for one of them so far.

I bought one blue webcam. Don't need two, and am not greedy.

I was approved on 1/21 and it said ship date of the card 1/26. Then just now I got a denied claim (a week after approval...) saying "denied" due to a copy of the invoice missing.

I sent the packing slip from Tiger Direct, which shows the order number and order date, and what was included in the package... Do I need to mail in something else, or should I just wait for the card since it claims it's shipped?

Might be a weird glitch but generally sending the packing slip isn't adequate -- they want the invoice (which can be printed/downloaded from your online account -- go to "order history" then click "view invoice"). Check the rebate tracking link to see if it still says approved/shipped. If it turns out that it's been denied, you can give them a call and ask them to reconsider. I think they allow clean-up submissions by fax if you prefer that to mailing.

It says DECLINED, unfortunately. Didn't see that on the status at first. Very strange how this would happen.

Might be worth a call since the packing slip is virtually identical to the invoice -- has the order number, order date, item description, pricing, etc. Tel number is 800-286-9146 (9am-6pm). I've never used the fax number but others have posted that it's 954-573-6751. Someone posted that they received the following correspondence from the rebate company:

Excerpt / rebate processor corresp:
Hello, Unfortunately, we are unable to open or accept email attachments for security reasons.
You may fax a copy of the Invoice for a resubmission to 954-573-6751. Please be sure to include your rebate tracking number.
Once we have received the documentation needed and your rebate is updated you will receive an email notification of your new status. If you have any further questions please contact us and speak with a live customer service agent at 1-800-286-9146.

I knew better than to trust tiger direct on rebates

good thing I photocopied everything and track my rebates in a spreadsheet

they pulled the "we never received" it bs on BOTH my submissions

what a hassle.. will warn others to stay away from the TD's cut rate rebate processing company

Inquired about my status via e-mail to 4myrebate customer service about three weeks ago seeing that when checking the status web site with my reference number healed a "No Claim Found Matching Search Criteria!" message. I was told that I had never completed the registration when I recall that I did despite the web site being finicky. Anyways I am happy to say that I just received my rebate today.
