like everyone else i order 2 black 16gb refurb no commitment price. Been calling the ATT everyday. Yesterday one rep told me there was error in processing order and now it has been fixed ( seems like it has been done automatically). After reading about calling the supervisor i decided to call again. This time i got a better rep then the last time n she tried to re process it. but some how she couldnt do it. so I ask for the supervisor and currently supervisor has cancelled the order and trying to process it again.. on hold for 10 mins... hopefully it goes through
PS the correct SKU# for black refub 16gb is R9300.... hope it helps some1.
just got off the phone.. my order is on back order and she cant help it and just gave me $25 credit...
Just got mine, Looks good, phone itself looks great, nothing major, but I do have a 'rattling' when I shake, might just be the vibration weight...

Came with a original accessories, only thing that looks used is the USB charger, earpods and lightning cables look brandnew
Interesting thing to note, my invoice doesn't have tax even though att has a physical presence in here (CA), my original order was taxed to about $155, but I'm not seeing it on here...this would be super slick if there is no tax! (plus should be getting the upgrade fee waived too!)
Can anyone else confirm what their invoices say?

For those who called and cancelled your order, make sure your contract was reversed too. The dumb idiot who cancelled my ordered, neglected to do an "upgrade reversal", so I wouldn't be eligible for an upgrade until Nov. 2014. Sure glad I asked when my contract would be up. I want to get out from AT&T all together after this. One of the poorest customer service experiences I've ever had. Will keep my iPhone 4 until my contract expires and then look elsewhere. What a frickin nightmare this has turned into.
Just received my phone after calling yesterday (Thu) and escalating the SKU issue to the Premier Resolution Team, ship overnight via Fedex, supposed to receive an email shipping notification but did not. But it did arrive today (Fri), WOOHOO! Looks brand new no scratches.
If you had not called, CALL and get transferred to the resolution team or supervisor.
Had to call in to activate the phone but that was the easy part.
